I didn’t just wake up disciplined, I had to build it. Like a lot of people, I struggled to create the habits I knew I needed, and if I’m being honest, I’¯m still learning every day. That’s why I connect so deeply with my clients, because I’ve been where they are.¯
Sports gave me my start, weightlifting in college made me fall in love with training, and bodybuilding taught me discipline. I’ve competed in two physique shows, run multiple half marathons, finished a full marathon, and pushed myself through countless HYROX races. I even owned a functional training gym in San Diego, Steady State Performance, before moving into online coaching.
